A quick, plain-English explanation of the guarantee — because the whole point is that there's no risk to you.
Do I pay anything before the website is built?
No. You don't pay a deposit, a setup fee, or anything upfront. I build the website first, then you decide.
What happens if I don't like the website?
You tell me what isn't working and I fix it. If after that you still don't like it, you don't pay. There's no obligation — the website is only yours if you're happy with it.
When exactly do I pay?
Once the website is finished and you've told me you like it. That's when payment is due — not before, and not during.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?
That's the whole idea. Send me whatever you have — even just your business name — and I'll build a first version. You don't have to know the answer before we start; we figure it out together.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The package prices are starting points. Once I see what you have and what you need, I'll tell you the exact cost before I build anything — and you're still not paying until it's done and you like it.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once it's finished and paid for, the website is yours. Website Care is optional and you can cancel anytime — you're never locked into a monthly plan.
